He is passionate about helping people to grow and develop in business and life. He has assisted over 40 business owners to achieve a successful sale.
Andrew, a successful entrepreneur and Co-Founder/Director of EH has deep experience of buy and sell-side transactions. He lectures on M&A and Investment and sits on the advisory board of the Imperial College Global MBA and Entrepreneurship MSc programme. He oversees the EH deal making team.
Mike has been actively involved in the business sale, exit preparation and growth sectors for the last 9 years. He has had first-hand involvement in the marketing for sale of over 250 businesses, and a senior management career in finance, business planning and strategy. Previously worked with an International Mergers and Acquisitions broker.
Tricia has assisted businesses for over 20 years, having held senior Finance Director roles. Assisting owners of business, not only in development and growth, but in exit planning and due diligence requirements to ensure companies are robust and properly positioned when going through the sale process, to enable maximum returns for shareholders.
