Entrepreneurs Hub advise on the sale of Acheta Consulting Limited to Kiwa

We are delighted to announce that Entrepreneurs Hub has recently completed a deal for Acheta Consulting, which has been sold for an undisclosed sum to Kiwa UK Group, part of the international Kiwa organisation.

Acheta Consulting is an independent consultancy specialising in the field of public health, food storage and pest management.

Managing Director, John Simmons, comments on what the deal means for the future of their business:

Kiwa has acquired 100% of the shares in Acheta Consulting. Kiwa CEO Paul Brown commented:

Their Agri Food division is absolutely on message around food quality and traceability throughout the whole food supply chain, from farm to fork. This division is an excellent destination for Acheta to grow and deliver solutions to an ever wider customer base.
