What part do you play in the Entrepreneurs Hub team?
I am one of the co-founders of Entrepreneurs Hub and part of a strong team of directors leading the business. As well as helping run the company, I am responsible for steering our customer engagement team, ensuring our customer experience is the best it can be. In short, I help business owners achieve an exit that suits them.
What experience do you bring to the table?
30 years experience of buying and selling companies and international leadership experience in a variety of corporate roles I have worked at. I have led five organisational turnarounds, three SME’s and two groups which were Nasdaq and NYSE quoted. Formerly UK MD of Avaya and main board member of Techdata UK, a £1bn turnover business. I am also a visiting lecturer on Mergers & Acquisitions and Investment Strategies at the Imperial College Global MBA and Entrepreneurship MSc programme.
What do you like to get up to outside of work?
I like travel, food, wine, writing and birdwatching. I am also passionate about helping the next generation of entrepreneurs get off the ground with their ideas. I am a lifelong passionate Liverpool Football Club fan.

What’s something we might be surprised to learn about you?
Many Chinese people think I am the only non-chinese person in the world to have visited every part of China. I have visited more than 70 countries.
