What part do you play in the Entrepreneurs Hub team?
I work as Strategy & M&A Director – essentially that means I help ambitious owners and management teams navigate the big moments in their business journey, whether it’s scaling up, bringing in investment, or preparing for exit. I also play a role in shaping our own growth as a firm – always thinking how we bring something different to the M&A market.
What experience do you bring to the table?
I’ve been lucky enough to sit both sides. I spent 7 years in industry, leading strategy and corporate development at major UK businesses, where I was the demanding client. Before that, I cut my teeth in mid-market M&A. So I know how deals work – and how they really feel – from the inside. I bring a mix of commercial instinct, straight-talking advice, and a genuine passion for unlocking value and getting the right deal done.
What do you like to get up to outside of work?
A mix of family, food, fiction, firepits and wine. If I’m not with the kids or sneaking in a BBQ experiment, I’m probably deep in some Netflix series or planning the next travel escape. I’ve also been known to go down the odd rabbit hole – whether it’s AI, a gardening project or playing stock & shares.
What’s the best thing about working at Entrepreneurs Hub?

You can only listen to one artist or band for the rest of your life. Who is it?
Tough one. But probably Dire Straits – clever lyrics, moody energy, and just enough grit to keep it interesting.
What’s something we might be surprised to learn about you?
I’m half Sicilian and half Irish – which basically means I can hold a grudge and a Guinness. Explains a lot, really.
