Melissa Scott

Marketing Executive

What part do you play in the Entrepreneurs Hub team?

I oversee our campaigns, manage our data, and drive key marketing initiatives while supporting the wider sales and marketing team with content, strategy, and the occasional bit of colouring in! I focus on driving effective communication and helping the team reach the right people, in the right way, at the right time.

What experience do you bring to the table?

My experience includes working as a Key Account Manager for a global blue-chip company to running branding and marketing campaigns for a baby shoe company. Along the way, I have developed a versatile skill set. These varied roles have helped me stay adaptable, detail-oriented, and super organised (I love a list!).

What do you like to get up to outside of work?

As a family with two boys, football is a big part of our lives. Whether we’re watching a match live at N17, on TV, or cheering our boys on at grassroots! When I’m not juggling family life, I enjoy playing hostess, entertaining friends, and family, and doing my best to channel my inner domestic goddess.

What’s the best thing about working at Entrepreneurs Hub?

What I love about work is being part of a close-knit team. Everyone genuinely wants to do their best for our clients, and that shows in everything we do. It’s so rewarding to see a project through from start to finish, knowing that each of us has contributed in some way. There’s a real sense of pride and teamwork here, and we always make time for a laugh and to support one another along the way.

You can only listen to one artist or band for the rest of your life. Who is it?

George Michael, although Barry Manilow is a close second.

What’s something we might be surprised to learn about you?

I’m a direct descendant of King Edward I
