What part do you play in the Entrepreneurs Hub team?
I joined the business in 2016, initially focusing on Business Development and Client Acquisition. Since then, my role has evolved to encompass various aspects of the company, including direct involvement in service delivery. With a passion for exceptional customer service, I am continually focused on identifying opportunities to enhance and evolve our offerings to ensure we consistently deliver outstanding service to all our clients.
What experience do you bring to the table?
With a background in Sales and Marketing, my career has evolved to encompass both Commercial and Operational leadership roles, including involvement in several start-ups and over a decade of experience in Corporate Finance. I bring a broad and diverse expertise in running businesses across a wide range of sectors, including professional services, big data, data analytics, software technology and applications, SaaS, IT distribution, systems integration, MedTech, pharmaceuticals, utilities, social networking, beauty, leisure, construction, manufacturing, fire and security, engineering, and more.
What do you like to get up to outside of work?
I’m an avid sports enthusiast and a member of a local golf club, where I enjoy both social rounds and the occasional competition. Passionate about food and drink, my wife and I love exploring a variety of dining experiences and often host events for our family and friends.
What’s the best thing about working at Entrepreneurs Hub?
I enjoy the variety that comes with being involved in all aspects of the business. Working with a diverse range of companies keeps things interesting, but the greatest satisfaction comes from helping shareholders achieve what is often a lifelong ambition, to successfully sell their business.
You can only listen to one artist or band for the rest of your life. Who is it?
That’s a difficult one as although I enjoy listening to music it’s not a passion, I tend to move with the times and like the old and new. Currently I am enjoying the “country” music scene, the likes of Morgan Wallen & Jordan Davis. However, if I had to choose today, perhaps Teddy Swims?
What’s something we might be surprised to learn about you?
In my youth I played a lot of sport, representing Hampshire at Cross-Country, Berkshire as a Colt Rugby player and Southampton FC as a junior at the age of 14. I enjoy drawing & painting and have the odd magic trick up my sleeve.
