Watertight Management Acquired by Severn Trent group

Entrepreneurs Hub Advises Watertight and Synergen Utilities as they join the Severn Trent group

Watertight Management and its sister company, Synergen Utilities, leading water and wastewater contractors, have been acquired by the Severn Trent group, which includes one of Britain’s largest water and wastewater companies. The sale was advised by Entrepreneurs Hub Ltd, the UK specialists in strategic growth and business sale advice for SME owners and entrepreneurs.

Watertight and Synergen have played a pivotal role in providing repair, maintenance, water infrastructure services and upgrades for major utility companies, as well as contracts on former Ministry of Defence sites and local councils. Their work has significantly contributed to minimising water loss and thereby supporting sustainability targets.
