Entrepreneurs Hub advises on the sale of Securefast to OSL Group

Entrepreneurs Hub are pleased to announce that OSL Group Limited based in Sheffield has acquired all shares in Securefast.

From a simple door latch to the most sophisticated access control systems Securefast offers a range of locking solutions, including fire and security products under their leading brands Deedlock and Entra. Securefast will continue to trade under its current name but will now become part of the OSL Group, which includes firms such as Cutting Technologies, CQR and Owen Springs.

OSL Group employ over 200 staff globally, with turnover for this year expected to surpass £40m.
