“We had already made the firm decision to sell the company and had already been receiving frequent approaches from brokers seeking to represent us or convince us to sell. We needed to narrow our options carefully. Entrepreneurs Hub came highly recommended by a trusted contact, and we are delighted that we chose them.

The sale was prompted by a change in personal circumstances and provided an opportunity to realise the value we had built. As this was entirely new territory for us, trust was paramount, and the personal recommendation played a significant role in our decision.
Initially, we were concerned that Entrepreneurs Hub had completed fewer transactions than a larger online broker we had also engaged with, and whether they could deliver comparable reach and results. Those concerns were quickly eliminated. The level of interest generated greatly exceeded our expectations.

From the outset, Entrepreneurs Hub emphasised that the early stages would require significant preparation and that they would not rush us to market. They focused on thoroughly assessing and positioning the business before presenting it to buyers. In contrast, the larger broker encouraged speed and visibility.
In hindsight, taking the more strategic and disciplined approach proved invaluable.

The process with Entrepreneurs Hub was detailed, methodical, and highly strategic. We felt expertly positioned when introduced to the market. The process was demanding and time-consuming and we cannot imagine navigating it again without experienced advisers. The value added by the Entrepreneurs Hub team was exceptional. Their combined experience on both the buying and selling sides, particularly in financial matters, proved invaluable.

We had ambitious expectations and a clear target we both wanted to walk away with. The team not only met but exceeded our objectives. Without their guidance, we now believe we would have been significantly disadvantaged during negotiations and would not have achieved the outcome we ultimately secured.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Entrepreneurs Hub without hesitation.”

“Choosing the right advisors to help me with the sale process was key from the outset. I met with a number of potential advisors, both large and small, Entrepreneurs Hub provided a skilled team with a comprehensive approach, but more importantly, they were empathetic and trustworthy partners. These attributes are vital in the journey to exiting well and selling the business. Interestingly the buyers also commented on the high level of professionalism from Entrepreneurs Hub throughout the process. Tanya and I are incredibly grateful for their unwavering support throughout this process. Their expert guidance has ensured a successful transaction, allowing me to focus on my philanthropic work while securing the best future for WOW Toys. Entrepreneurs Hub have earned our strongest recommendation for any business owner considering a sale. You don’t get to sell many businesses in your lifetime so when you do, it must be absolutely spot on.”

“We are delighted to have successfully completed this transaction with Logigear Corporation. This would not have been possible without the invaluable advice and guidance given to us by the excellent team at Entrepreneurs Hub. They went above and beyond on many occasions to help us through what is for most owners a once in a lifetime transaction. I cannot recommend them highly enough. DWS was looking for an investment partner that shared our vision and culture and that would help to propel us to the next level of growth. We certainly believe we have that in spades with Logigear Corporation and Digital Hearts. It has been an amazing journey which we couldn’t have done alone, one where DWS has matured and evolved into a far superior organisation with your excellent guidance and support.”
