FC Group Invest acquires Prism Electronics

Prism Electronics Ltd (PEL) manufacture and test complex PCB assemblies, working with some world leaders in the Cambridge science and innovation community. They have built an exceptional reputation over many years and a diverse range of customers operating across all sectors, primarily focused on the South-East. The shareholders secured the business through an MBO in 1991.

FC Group Invest are a privately funded group targeting established owner-managed businesses in the UK. We focus on growing businesses from a strategic sales & marketing perspective – while trusting the existing management and staff to operate the day-to-day business.
